Plans & Pricing
Patient Access Support Plans Starting at $5,500/month
Managed call handling, follow-up, intake readiness, and workflow support for healthcare practices that need a more reliable front-desk operation without immediately building a larger in-house team.
How plans are matched
A support plan built around your actual workflow
Most practices are matched to a support level after discovery. We review current volume, missed-call and voicemail patterns, new-patient inquiry flow, intake/readiness gaps, eligibility-check needs, escalation requirements, and workflow coordination needs before recommending a plan.
Define the work
We clarify what Continuum should handle, what should stay with your internal team, and which patient-access items need escalation.
Protect reliability
Plans are scoped so service quality does not depend on vague promises, unlimited volume, or unclear task boundaries.
Support the process
The goal is not just more answered calls. The goal is a more dependable patient-access workflow around those calls.
What affects your plan
Pricing follows the work your practice needs handled.
These factors determine the right support level. They are not an unlimited à la carte menu.
Patient-access volume
The number of calls, voicemails, web inquiries, follow-up attempts, routing, documentation, and other patient-access contacts Continuum actively works each month.
Follow-up scope
Whether your practice needs missed-call, voicemail, web-form, new-patient inquiry, missing-information, insurance-information, or other approved follow-up support.
Intake readiness
Support for identifying missing patient information, incomplete forms, insurance-information gaps, and other administrative items that may delay scheduling or visit readiness.
Basic eligibility checks
Approved basic insurance eligibility checks when included in scope. Continuum does not guarantee coverage, payment, authorization, reimbursement, or payer outcomes.
Workflow coordination
Escalation paths, unresolved-item tracking, bottleneck identification, workflow updates, and practice communication needed to keep patient-access work moving.
Continuum may be a strong fit if:
- Missed calls are creating patient leakage.
- Voicemails are not returned consistently.
- New-patient inquiries are not being worked reliably.
- Front-desk staff are overloaded with follow-up.
- Intake gaps are delaying scheduling or visit readiness.
- Leadership needs better visibility into unresolved patient-access work.
Continuum may not be the right fit if you need:
- The lowest-cost answering service.
- After-hours message taking only.
- Clinical triage.
- Billing, collections, or revenue-cycle outsourcing.
- Prior authorization outsourcing.
- Unlimited call volume without defined scope.
Discovery process
How we recommend the right support level
Before recommending a plan, we review the work that needs to be handled and the boundaries that need to be protected.
Review volume
We look at calls, voicemails, inquiries, missed items, and follow-up pressure.
Find gaps
We clarify where scheduling, intake, communication, or handoffs are breaking down.
Set scope
We define what Continuum handles and what remains with the practice.
Document rules
We align on scheduling, intake, eligibility, escalation, and communication expectations.
Recommend plan
We match the support level to the work instead of forcing a generic package.
Questions
Plans & pricing FAQ
How much does Continuum cost?
Continuum plans start at $5,500/month. Final pricing depends on patient-access volume, follow-up scope, intake/readiness support, eligibility-check needs, workflow complexity, and escalation requirements.
Do you charge by call?
Continuum plans are structured around monthly patient-access support, not simple per-call answering. Each plan includes a defined level of handled patient-access work. If a practice consistently exceeds the agreed scope, the plan may need to be adjusted.
Why not publish every plan price on the website?
Continuum publishes starting-price guidance so practices understand the investment level before scheduling a fit call. Final recommendations depend on the practice’s volume, workflow complexity, follow-up needs, intake/readiness needs, and coordination requirements.
Is Continuum the same as an answering service?
No. A basic answering service may help with call pickup and message taking. Continuum is built as managed patient-access support with approved workflows, scheduling rules, documentation, escalation paths, and follow-up support when included in scope.
Does Continuum provide clinical triage?
No. Continuum does not provide clinical triage, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical decision-making. Clinical questions and urgent medical concerns must be routed according to the practice’s approved escalation process.
Ready to find the right support level?
If your practice is dealing with missed calls, inconsistent follow-up, intake gaps, or front-desk overload, the next step is a fit call.
